Weight Loss
Trying to find a good weight loss diet?
Has it occurred to you that the foods which make us die of heart disease are also those which cause cancer, skin rashes and obesity? Do you know what foods have been proven time and time again to be toxic, and implicated in disease conditions in study after study?
Unfermented Milk Protein
Yes unfermented milk protein or casein may be the biggest killer. In a large study carried out across 24 countries the culprit was found to be unfermented milk protein, but not yoghurt, cheese, butter, cream or whey. It does of course include condensed milk, UHT milk, custard, icecream, milk chocolate, and anything containing milk.
Carbohydrate
In a study mentioned in the West Australian recently, it was found that when two slices of bread a day were replaced with the calorific equivalent in lean steak, the heart disease risk decreased around 30%.
As 40% of the population die of heart disease (ie we aren't talking about some obscure disease affecting 1% of the population), this result is most significant. I would like to add that bread, particularly white bread, pasta, cake, cookies and sugar are all a risk factor for most diseases.
Cooking Oils
Many studies suggest that the cheap oils that you buy in the supermarket are heavily implicated in diseases like heart disease.
Now that doesn't mean that you shouldn't eat fat. A good example is that of extra virgin olive oil. This oil is extracted from the olives without heat or chemicals. In contrast lower grade oils are. Well studies have shown that extra virgin olive oil reduces blood pressure, but processed oils don't and are highly suspect for example in the fact that the rate of heart disease increased rapidly at the time that these oils were introduced around 1920.
Just for the record, oils are extracted using heat, and also saponification, which means making soap from oil by adding caustic soda.
That helps explain what all this is about. Apparently even the milk wasn't so bad until it was destroyed by heat (pasteurization) and then finally homogenization. Studies suggest that the protein responsible for heart disease could not be absorbed prior to homogenization (which means put though a spin drier to change the suspended particle properties).
Finally don't forget your cod liver oil, omega 3, fish oil or just eat fish. Heart disease is down to 3% where people eat mainly fish.
Conclusion
So if you want to go on a weight loss diet, why don't you start to enjoy life while banning the poisons outlined above from your life?
Habits do not change overnight, but people can be conditioned to
eat just about anything, so be patient.
My philosophy is that we have years within which to age or get fat. Likewise we have years in which to practice discipline, and eat our healthy vegetables, antioxidants and to eliminate stressors from our life. For example applying vitamin e to the skin will make it younger with time, but not over night.
So don't feel bored or depressed because you only lost half a pound in 6 weeks. You have years ahead of you, and you are forgetting that the secret is being centered in the eternal now - do now what you would always do, but don't forget the rules of diet I have offered you.
Don't forget that having given you the bad list, nature itself offers a very wholesome platter.
Anthocyanin, the red stuff in wine is 10 times as powerful a pain killer as as aspirin, vitamin e prevents and reverses the effects of skin damage by the sun, cod liver oil is an antiinflammatory. And there are too many to list in a vegetable diet. Examples are MSM your natural source of sulfur, chlorophyll. vitamin a and d and calcium. The healthier you are the more surely you will lose weight.
Not to mention nature's pharmacopia. Why don't you try some of our weight loss products? In addition to dealing with your problem through a wholesome lifestyle, there are so many natural substances which tell your brain that your belly is full, increase certain hormones which make you younger with a better figure, or natural herbs which increase your metabolism or mobilize fat.
