Description Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) by Sci Fit is comprised of the three essential amino acids L leucine, L isoleucine and L valine. Most amino acids are not considered an important energy source, however BCAA's serve as important fuel sources for skeletal muscle tissue during periods of intense exercise. Under these conditions BCAA's promote protein synthesis and suppress protein catabolism.
Suggested Use As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 30 minutes prior to training and 2 capsules immediately after training.
