Suggested Use Take 2 capsules of Para GONE I and 15 drops of Para GONE II (in a glass of clean water), three times per day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating. Take Para GONE I & II for 15 days, followed by a 5 day rest period (without Para GONE). Then take Para GONE I & II for an additional 15 days. Repetitions of the 15 day program, followed by 5 day rest periods may be added as needed. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of clean water daily.
