Description Star of Bethlehem is for the after effects of shock, mental or physical as a result of accidents, bad news, bereavement, sudden disappointments, frights etc. Although ideally taken immediately after the event, it is also excellent for delayed effects which may manifest years after the event in the form of physical symptoms. People may be numbed and withdrawn with a sense of loss or grief. Star of Bethlehem is an important ingredient of the Rescue Remedy. It is useful for both mother and child immediately after birth. The positive potential of Star of Bethlehem is to neutralise the effects of shock, whether immediate or delayed, thus helping the sufferer to recuperate.
Suggested Use Dilute two drops of Star of Bethlehem in a glass of water and sip at intervals. Replenish as necessary For multiple use, add two drops of Star of Bethlehem to a 30ml mixing bottle (you may combine up to seven remedies in this bottle), top up with mineral water and take four drops at least four times a day. If neccessary, the Bach Original Flower Remedies can be dropped neat onto the tongue, or rubbed onto the lips, behind the ears, or on the temples and wrists. You can take Bach Original Flower Remedies as often as you want. If you are in a mood or a bit of a crisis, you only may need one dose, but if you've been feeling the same way for some time you can take them as long as you need to.
