Description Micell Size (Micell Size) Protein contains the super diverse milk proteins Micellar Casein and Whey, that, when combined, provide a sustained flow of amino acids into the blood. Micellar Casein: Milk proteins are synthesized from the 20 amino acids found in nature. Despite the amino diversity, there are primarily two major forms of protein found in milk: casein and whey protein. Specialized extraction methods of these proteins can greatly affect their Biological Value and resulting efficacy. Micell Size is compromised of the specialized extractions of micellar casein and whey protein. The micellar casein found in Micell Size is entirely different from ordinary acid exposed casein (also know as caseinates). Caseinates are typically insoluble and are not proteins in their native, undenatured state. Micell Size contains micellar casein extracted without acid from fresh skim milk, thus creating a soluble and undenatured, sustained release protein. The large micellar casein structure greatly delays the uptake of amino acids into the blood, thus resulting in reduced oxidation of the amino acids for energy and an inhibition of protein breakdown.

Suggested Use Mix one level scoop (provided in container) of Micell Size with 4 to 6 oz. of cold water, milk, juice or your favorite beverage. Take 1 to 2 servings daily after exercise, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. For a protein rich shake or smoothie, mix or blend 2 to 4 scoops of Micell Size TM with crushed ice and add juice or fruit to desired taste. When a protein supplement is desired, use 1 to 3 scoops. May also be used with cereals, yogurt or pancakes to increase the protein in your diet.
