Description Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland that aids biorhythm regulation. Vitamin B6 aids melatonin metabolism.
Suggested Use Take one capsule 20 30 minutes prior tobedtime, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
Ingredient Details Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg Melatonin (vegetarian source) 3 mg Other Ingredients: Rice powder and magnesium stearate. Capsule consists of gelatin.
Warnings Do not drive or operate machinery immediately following use of this product. Do not use if you are pregnant, lactating, under the age of 18, or have been diagnosed with MS, lymphoma, leukemia, diabetes, epilepsy, autoimmune disease, or use MAO inhibitors (such as iproniazid). Do NOT use if asthmatic. Melatonin may provoke an asthma attack in persons that already have asthma. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
