Description Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a natural phospholipid that is an essential componentof cell membranes. PS promotes brainfunction by increasing neuronal membrane fluidity (cell to cell communication), resulting in improved cognition. Also, PS protects against stress by mitigating the actions of cortisol (catabolic stress hormone.) Cogni PS is a concentrated form of phosphatidylserine derived from an enzymatic process of soy phospholipids.
