Description Jarrow Formulas uses inulin from chicory which is a source of FOS to encourage the growth of beneficial bacteria. Jarro Dophilus + FOS survives stomach acid and implants. FOS are natural carbohydrates that enhance replication of beneficial bacteria. Each Jarro Dophilus + FOS 280 mg capsule contains:6 species of the hardiest of the Lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria at a potency of 10 15 Billion per gram at time of manufacture. Each non dairy capsule contains approximately 3.36 Billion organisms.

Suggested Use Take 1 to 3 capsules per day with unchilled water, or dissolve capsule in mouth, 20 60 minutes after eating, or as directed by your qualified health consultant. For infants and children, open capsule and pour contents into water or over food.
